Many times in life we experience an impulse towards change. We connect with what it is we want or desire and we see the possibility for things to improve. This desire for change often comes from a position of frustration where we reach the “I’ve had enough!” kind of feeling.

Without integrity, there is no chance of true happiness – God has built this need into our very structure. Coaching gives you a supportive structure to break out of the status quo of living (settling for how things are).

Sometimes what we think we want is simply a “should” based impulse (I should exercise), and in other cases, it is a true calling to live more fully (I want to exercise because I will experience more energy that can be given in serving others, which will bring me greater joy).
